All my XP's are locked

Hi,

I'm fairly new to the game and my issue is when going into "Invasion" or any format I guess, and into my XP's, I have a ton of'em, but they're all locked. What am I overlooking here?

No it's when I'm in Invasion, When I'm in BattlePass I have no problem using my tokens to get the XP's. But if you look at my picture, as you can see, I've got plenty that can be used, But they're all locked and I don't know why. There has to be some sort of setting or step I have to take. I just don't know what?

One guy on YT said to uninstall the game on my PC and re-install the whole thing. Here's a picture what I got.

I know that we had a full on DOUBLE XP weekend just past and I wonder if they locked it so that only that was available. You picture shows exactly what mine does too. I have to admit that though I understand how to use them mine are quite often locked leading me to believe that they arent always available to use. Once used they are done. Once you have gotten all that are available from BP I guess that is it until the next season. LOL, I often forget to even use them but I feel like I need a slap in the head when I do have a great round and didnt take advantage of using one of the super rank ups.

Pretty sure cause they light up the double XP they do not allow you to click on a bonus of double double XP..
