awesome game, except where is the Venom assault rifle I purchased?

I purchased a bundle the other day and finally found it after aimlessly searching the game menus. Then today I purchased the Venom assault rifle with COD points, but I can't find it anywhere in the game. I looked at every menu, loadout, armory, etc. I even restarted the game (PC). It just isn't there. I know I have the pack since I do have the emblem it came with.

What do I do? It's a really nice gun, and I paid for it, so I'd like to have it.

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it!
