i didnt know what to think because after benchmark it says bottleneck lol
I think @KeyboardDemon meant the actual definition of "bottleneck," at least that's how I took it. I think bottleneck in his mind is the weakness of the product, vs what it can do. For example, DLSS from what I understand is an algorithm that assumes what pixel is which is which, BUT it is still a "computer," so it will fumble on assuming which pixel gets propagated. @AntiCheatAgent94 has a few examples of this on some of his threads where graphics would be misinterpreted.

Edit: Crap, I was late, KB responded as I was talking here. lol

Activision or whichever studio did the menu things up. It is bad wording on their part that has lead to the confusion.
I'm not a PC guy, but even if I read that... I'd be "What bottleneck are you talking about, exactly?"
So yes, to all comments.

Bottlenecks are areas where performance is restricted due to a constraint either intended, as in the neck of an actual bottle that allows you to control the flow of liquid or unintended.

An unintended bottleneck is where a component's performance restricts another component from operating the way it should.

When I see the word Bottleneck, I immediately see it as a problem, but clearly here, there is no problem as performance demonstrated from different users using similar GPUs has been shown to be close.

I'm assuming the fluctuations between systems can be accounted for by CPU, RAM speed differences, and personal preferences with config/settings. But both RTX3080 cards and the RTX3090 are producing over 200 FPS, I would see it as a big concern if 1 of the 3 cards was at half the FPS of the others. That would be the system with the bottleneck issue.
