Xbox Live can you help me why when i play zombies black ops 2 on xbox360 its freezed?

yup...i just got a problem that make me confused..im just buy the new black ops 2 for xbox360...i install and play it..but when i choose zombies then play solo when the count reach 0..the game freeze..can you guys give me the solution?

Take the disc back to the retail store where you brought it. If it's not working, don't bother to clean it. Just take it back and get another. That way you won't have to spend money on cleaning it .

This doesn't sound like a "return the game" problem, this sounds like a patch update kind of problem. Like I said to another user:

Go to Activision's Support area and submit a ticket. They'll help you with the question or problem you have. These complaints will eventually land on Vonderhaar's desk at some point.
