Warzone Flashing Lights On Screen - Cannot Play Warzone - HELP

If anyone has any suggestions please advise.

When I enter into Warzone or multiplayer waiting menu the screen begins flashing all over with various colors (red, blue, green). Then when I enter the game play itself it continues flashing on the screen, and after 10 minutes the screen turns completely black.

The flashing colors make game play unplayable. Please help. I have already turned off PS4 , updated game, deleted & reinstalled game, used ethernet directly into router, and tested on a different TV.

So, I'm not really sure what else to do..? This happened randomly one morning.

I have the same problem on xbox One, I thought it arrived with the last patch note... How you fixed it?
