Connection issue

I just bought MW3 and downloaded the game and when it load and try’s to connect to the internet I keep getting the same message. connection failed could not connect to online services connection interrupted by user. I checked my PlayStation connection restarted router I restarted my ps5. Can anyone help?

As of February 8, 1p.m. CT I am having this exact issue and I don’t know what to do. I can connect to any streaming services from my PS5 but not MW3
