Crashes at startup: Oops an error occured while loading game information (BLZBNTBNA00000005)

Played the game for more then 2 years without a problem but after the most recent update I cannot enter te game anymore.
Can someone help please?

I have a PC which is one year old
Videocard: Geforce RTX 3070 TI

I have the same problem since the version 1.58 patch last week. Can't even get into the game menu. Just nonstop error messages on patch mismatch and disc errors. Thank goodness they made us download almost 100 gigabytes just to change the stupid menu to allegedly make it more user friendly. Nothing user friendly about NOT being able to play either game, MWII or MWIII, that that we paid $95 each for. Total BS and really getting tired of COD being more concerned about slamming out new seasons every month rather than making sure their games actually freaking work!!!

What platform and have you tried to uninstall and reinstall?

Play on PS4. Where do you go to uninstall and then reinstall the game?

1. Find the PS4 game you want to delete in your Game Library.
2. Select the game.
3. Press the ‘Options’ button on your controller.
4. Hit ‘Delete’.
5. Press ‘OK’ and the game will be uninstalled.
