CW Multiplayer jackal operator

I am a newbie, I’m trying to equip jackal in CW multiplayer it shows him as the game is loading but I’m a NATO operator once It starts, i’m trying to Unlock jackal skins, it says I have to use jackal in multiplayer but it won’t let me, I’m confused.
