I got the Blackout Private Beta and I didn’t get the patch to be able to play the game in the Day One patch release date. Does anyone know why and what I can do to be able to play?

Your question doesn't make any sense. Do you have Black Ops 4? Did you buy the actual game...?
The beta has NOTHING to do with the final game, it is a separate "installation" of Black Ops 4.
So, if you pre-ordered the game from a retailer, go back there, pay the game off, and get your copy. The day one patch will automatically install once you've bought it.
