Do you play BOTH console and PC?

If you do tell me how well aim assist works on a console rather than M/K. I see Drdisrepect saying its easier to aim on controller because of it? It seems like when I watch people on a console it does kinda lock on, BUT not saying it does. Could be they are good aimers. I play Only PC . so I don't know anything about consoles..

Well, DrDisrespect is correct. I have PS4, and aim assist does help. It's not as "accurate" as a mouse. Removing it would be harder, though.

It does kinda "lock on," but not so much that it looks like a cheat. The issue is that there are some cheaters on consoles, too. You have to remember that Modern Warfare 2019 is based on the same engine as COD4: Modern Warfare. That's why hacking, cheating, and broken mechanisms are exploitable loopholes. The aim assist is an age-old, petty argument. Honestly. People have been complaining about aim-assist since COD4.

So, my thinking is "Nothing to see here, move along."

You could borrow a controller and try it yourself. The aim assist works the same way on PC as on console if you use a controller on pc.

I didn't know that, I might try it out to see for myself.

When MW3 launched I got it on XBox 360 and on PC. But I never played it on XBox, I was unable to get to grips with the controller, even with aim assist I just couldn't play on my console.

I think now that I have better map knowledge and more (a bit more) game sense, maybe I might play differently with a controller. I don't know if I'll pay better,

Playing with a controller on PC actually feels a lot better than a controller on Ps4 - if you have a decent PC that is -Since the framerate can go a lot higher making everything feel so damn smooth on pc

I have played a lot of crossplay with my brother, and I usually use a controller when im in a game with him to get a better chance at finding controller only servers. When we first started playing I was using M/K and we would damn near always get put in to lobbies were my brother would be the only controller user

I play on a PC against console and it feels like playing with bots with laser aim. lol. Change it to hardcore and it feels more balance too me. A PC with a controller might be best, but not if your not use to them.
