MW1 oldest of the modern warfare serious yet still it get servers packed. MW2 however is much newer with better guns and other objects yet no one is online. Why is this? Is it becuase everyone just got tired of it or becuase everyone moved to MW3.( I am talking about PC and not ps3 or 360)
 
Everyone's tired of MW2 and is moving to MW3. I covered this question a while ago, man.
 
yeah well i got mw2 before christmas and i thoguht if mw1 can still get packed servers surely mw2 can. I mean i just want to be able to get some new guns and try everything out.
 
The reason why I go back to COD4 instead of MW2, is that my PS3 disc is in another PS3, so I have to pay to get it fixed, and get the game back. I love COD4, but I also want to try something new, too. The weird thing is that I want to go back to MW2. That's the weirdest thing I've ever noticed, I mean, I hated MW2 for it's balancing flaws. I still don't have MW3, so COD4 is what I have now.

MW2 was a great game... It totally revolutionised the way we play CoD. It introduced titles and emblems, choosing Killstreaks, and of course the nuke. I do agree that although it brought great things to the cod franchise it also brung bad things too. Camping became more popular as people really wanted the nuke. It also introduced boosting and I agree with you in saying that IW has given up on MW2 in that respect as no-one is punished for boosting anymore...

But all together I think it was still the most exciting CoD of its time :) they just all seem too similar now...
 
Camping was popular with COD4. I dunno what intel you had, but camping was rampant then. MW2's only flaws were the balancing, and the nuke. That was it. Everything else about the game, including the setting of the game was superb.

I was talking about MW2... I agree camping was bad in COD4, but a lot worse in MW2 because of the tactical nuke...

also i didnt get this info from anywhere, this is all from personal experience :)
