i find them in safes on vondel and if you have or get secure backpack get one in al mazrah

Once again, as soon as I post here what I need, I find what I am looking for!!
Hit VONDEL right after posting that and I found an encrypted hd!!
But when I took it into Vondel, it didn't work..
But I think I was using the wrong vehicle.. It specifies you have to drive around in a Chop Top...

Yea, I actually had an Encrypted HD from Al Mazrah that saved in my stash..

no chop top in vondel you have to use amphibious

i think the ai,s have chop tops, we killed them and tried to take theirs but it would not let us

I found a couple but anytime you are stopped you lose the 2 minute count down timer you have to start over. And you can't use the same Chop Top...
I had to exfil cuz I ran out of time..
Going back in to try it again...

I read in a guide that you don't have to drive the Chop Top.. As long as you are in the vehicle the count down timer will continue..
Dunno if this is true... I just found the HD again, but the countdown timer stopped due to a connection glitch.. I wasn't able to finish before I had to exfil..
Gonna try it again...

Yep, it took me like 3 or 4 times to do it right..
Funny thing is, once I started finding Encrypted HDs, they were easy to find..
Look around in the red area.. Most specifically the 3-level college type dorm rooms. The areas that have multiple computers stacked up in corners.. Look around in the red area, but more specifically in the green area.
