Dear all,

Since the last big update, a few weeks ago, i have some sort of "filter" over my game.
It looks like everything is dampend in colour, as if the backlight of the screen is turned off.

I have tried scanning and repairing the game, tried older and newer video card drivers, but nothing seems to work.
When i alt+tab and see the game in the background, it is normal. But as soon as i go back to the game the filter is back.
There are two things i can do to play with normal visuals, which is 1) turn the colour depth of my screen to 6 BPC in the ATI radeon software (which makes everything look shit, including windows and all other programs) or 2) run the game in windowed mode. Windowed mode also isnt really an option with the title bar on top.

No other games or programs have this issue, which leads me to believe the issue is COD related.
I have Warzone + MW multiplayer + campaign installed.

This issue started immediately after the big update.

PC specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x 8 core
32GB DDR3 ram
Win 10
ATI Radeon R9 380 (untill my RTX 3080 FINALLY comes in)

Please help!

I play CW now but do remember that MW had a habit of changing my graphics settings after an update. Check your settings are as you expect them to be, with my nVidia card the key changes would be having DLSS activated, some random scaling amount selected for DLSS and the game would run in windowed mode.

AMD GPUs don't have DLSS so the game might be making changes to other quality settings.

Are you running GeForce Experience?

If so, press Alt + Z while you're in the MW menu and then check to see if there are any filters set up in GE.

Geforce experience is for nvidia cards.
Obviously im not running it... look at the pc specs that ive posted...
Sorry, my bad, I flicked through the first post to check and saw RTX 3080.

I didn't spot the R9 380 when I did that or that you are using the Radeon card as a placeholder until you can get your hands on an upgrade.
