I hope this will implanted in the game, but basically it is a lobby for Fresh Starts only and what you do in these fresh start lobbies is that you guy double ANYTHING for two-days and you get to pick the map and game mode you want to play on. I think fresh start lobbies are great chance for people who fresh started to get rewarded except for a calling card. And it gives people who haven't fresh started a reason too.
