so i have been playing forza 6 using a cheap logitech controller is the a difference in controllers performance and are there any recommendations.

Forza is a Microsoft product. It is designed around the Xbox controller. Recommendation: Go find a Xbox Series controller, or a Xbox controller with PC support.

I haven't used it, to be honest, but I'll say this: There is a "Designed for Xbox" sticker on it, so it is licensed by Microsoft/Xbox. It has TMR/Hall-Effect, so no "dead zones." However, the controller is not wireless, it requires a dongle on PC/Xbox. You can wake the Xbox up with that dongle, yeah.
