game doesn't show rank progression on the battle pass

hi. does anyone know why, after the start of season 1 , the game skips all the progression on rank /weapon after completing a map? i tried to search these forums for an answer without luck. sorry if its posted elsewhere. thanks in advance

Can't speak about weapon progress as I have them all maxed, but it shows my rank increase after every game on PS5.
I have seen the same complaint from others though on a different forum.

I have my battlepass set to automatic purchase and have done since it dropped, pretty sure it doesn't show progress when set that way.
