Game hangs up on eula page.

I installed my game on the 28th of July. I was very exited and looking forward to play. When I booted up my game it was going well. I had gotten to the page where you accept the license agreement. All of a sudden my computer froze and the game did too. I could not click anything and was forced to power off my pc. Retried to start the game with the same result. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
