PC Graphics Settings

I Don't know where to post This Related to the original Call of Duty 4 but i need some help i need the best Graphics Settings to run the game at 30 FPS or Over 30 FPS at least 30 FPS would be fine if you got the best Settings for my Steam Call Of Duty 4 Original (Not Remastered) Post it Here

Processer: AMD E-300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.30 GHZ (Dual Core)
RAM: 4.00 (3.60 Usable)
System Type: x64 Bit Operating System Windows 7 Home Premium

Heres the Rating The Performance test

Processer: Score was 3.4 (Calculations Per Second}
Memory (RAM): Score Was 5.3 (Memory operations Per Second)
Graphics: Score was 4.1 (Desktop Performance For Windows Aero)
Gaming Graphics: Score was 5.7 (3D Business and Gaming graphics Performance)
Primary Hard Disk: Score Was 5.9 (Disk Data Transfer Rate)

I cannot even figure out the settings for my PC, This game is a POS! It crashed on any setting and I have a high end PC.
