help game wont start

man i dont know how to resolve this, the game wont even start and i reinstalled it twice

After a quick check about this after I translated that message is this.....

So the issue seems to be connected to my previous account and the phone number, so i have gone back to blizzard to ask for a refund so i can purchase the game on my old account.

I have a feeling this could work actually, but will wait and see. Need Blizzard to accept the refund request first.


SOLVED

Had to refund the game on my new account and move to old account where my phone number was first registered, then also add my phone number back on my old account in the battle net account settings. This solved the issue for me

Support helped me refund the game, just had to send in a ticket and explain the situation. Then buy the game again.
