Warzone How to get tactical rifles in loadout?

Hi! Im a noob. Ive googled my butt off, but for some reason I cant find an answer. As of now I only have the following loadout classes:
Assault rifle
Smg
Shotgun
Lmg
Sniper rifle

Each of these classes times 2 for a total of 10 loadouts.

How do i get tactical rifles and marksman rifles in loadout?

If you just bought the game, I believe you don't have access to Create A Class until you get to like level 4 or 5? It's been a while but I think that's how it worked?
