Start with the support section of callofduty.com and then ask them for updates at least once a day until you get an answer.

Thanks man I hope I get it back I’ve been tweeting at them and emailing them a lot. Tmr is the last of the 10 days that say it “” should take”” so we will see but not holding my breathe.
