Infinity Ward, are you paying attention?

Why is it we are not able to keep a team together for more than just a couple of games?
We have to quit the game after almost every match to get everyone back in the same lobby.
We cannot back out of a game without losing anyone.
This game needs to be fixed, it's been bad since that last big update and nothing has been done about it.
FIX YOUR SHIT!!!

I have the same problem on PS4. Happens all the time when I'm the host and I back out. Puts a lock on my Find Match button and makes all my teammates go into the game...
