Loadout no modifications

The issue my wife having is when she tries to attach anything to her weapons it shows no modifications (pictures attached) She is ranked 55 and cannot make any modifications to any of my guns even thou the guns are ranked up. When I log in with my account I can add mods to my guns.

I had the Same issue, turn off all of the filtering on the modifications. That worked for me

I have been having the same issue. It is very frustrating. Any one know how to fix this issue?
