Lobbies staying together ?

Hi all ,
I haven't bought mw2 just wanting to know if and how often do lobbies dispand ?
Are you staying in the same lobby if so for how long ?

It sometimes keeps the lobby together, sometimes it disbands the lobby to put you with new players in public matches. But if you're in a group with your friends, the point is to stay together in the lobby. So the answer is yes, but also no, because it's a bit glitchy at the moment. I tried many types of cross play lobbies, my friend's group has at least 3 PC players, one is an Xbox player. My brother's group of friends has PlayStation consoles - at least one has a PlayStation 5... and the lobbies are glitchy.

Wait for a patch.

Thanks, i'm on ps5 usually run solo but party up occasionally.
I'll wait and see what's happening in a couple of weeks
