In about 4 months this won't matter. I think it's gonna go through, but other countries are just politicking for attention from Activision. Same with Activision, too.

I am not a fan of Microsoft, and am not a fan of this ideal acquisition. In fact, I believe Microsoft is lying this whole time, so is Sony. Thing is, Sony has more to lose than Microsoft. If I were Sony, I would have just taken the 10 year "parity" deal, so we can have more time to enjoy Call of Duty on PlayStation. If Sony doesn't take the deal in May or when Microsoft says so, then Call of Duty is gonna be exclusive to whomever they want.

They OBVOUSLY want Call of Duty to be exclusive to Xbox consoles.

Thing is; Goldeneye was released recently for Nintendo Switch, and Xbox consoles - Microsoft had to make "nice nice" with Nintendo in order for that to happen. So, Nintendo taking the Call of Duty "parity" deal is good for Nintendo's next console.

Seems to me that MS will be stepping on their wee wee with metal cleats if they cut out PS players from the COD Franchise...
