Hello, this is my first time gaming.
I am old. I don't understand the nuances. I can't get past training.
I am using an Alienware M17 R3 laptop. My buddy wants me to play WarZone. At the very beginning of training, on the HUD my left shift key wasn't responding. So my buddy gave me a SCUF REFLEX PS5 controller for my birthday. I connected it to my laptop by BlueTooth. I click on the app Battle.net on my tool tray. Activision Call of Duty WarZone. I click "PLAY", and I click on "Settings". Input is locked, I cannot switch from Keyboard to Controller. It says I cannot change during gameplay. I haven't selected any games yet. I'm confused. I had to hit PLAY at the Activision Call of Duty WarZone to get to the "Settings". Before I click PLAY I tried the settings button next to PLAY, but I cannot find anywhere to change the input. Help Please.
