No Operator XP anymore on PS5

Hi there,

since a few days, I am not getting any operator XP anymore. They don't level up. Even they don't fullfil the operator challenges anymore.

Does anyone know how to fix that?

I already rebuilt my database on the PS5 but that did not help.
