When is the Play Again with Team option going to come back at the end of a game?

It's so rare to end up in a team with people who are actually on mic's, or are at least working with you rather than running off and doing their own thing. But, as soon as the game ends (which, we all know can happen in the blink of an eye) then they are gone forever unless you manage to find time to add them as a friend without AI spawning behind you and shotgunning you to oblivion!

I am finding really hard to find people to play with. I thought these forums would help but nope. The official discord isn't helping either. I'm just looking for a group of people who want to play casually. I can friend people in the game buy actually finding them again to play with is hard. We all need to be able to play at the same time.

I have found that I much better enjoy hooking up with a team in game rather than team up prior..

I dunno why...

It might be because I really don't do missions and just join a team to provide cover, backup and/or overwatch...

I was really heavy into the CLAN thing during Rainbow Six: Raven Shield.. I did a lot of map design, taking maps from other games and mod'ing them to work with Raven Shield..






I was quite the social butterfly back then..

Now that I am in my 60s, socializing is too much work. heh
