Playing Offline...

I have a crappy NET connection to begin with..

Now my wife is working from home and everyone else and their brother is home and online as I am lucky if I get 460ms during games..

Is there a way to do any of the training or even single player campaign offline???

In MW? I thought you could play 2v2 with bots offline but maybe I'm wrong. Other than that I don't believe so.
