Can I get bubble gun in vanguard zombies and can me and my brother play offline together if so how please explain

PC Gamer: Nearly Dangerous
Not sure about the Bubble gun, but for playing together, you should be able to setup a private match so nobody can join you, but I don't think you can play completely offline, you would need an internet connection just to start the game.
