Before new season my rank was 80 level but after new uptade my rank started 58 level how could be possible ?????

It's always been this case. From the start, they said that they'll reset your rank every season. But you didn't actually lose your rank, though. If you look in Barracks, and look in Rank Progression, you'll notice your career rank. That's your real rank.
