Ranked match

So when I started ranked match it freezes and it won't load the game then it kicks me out and says that I'm suspended I just got suspended for one hour and it took 150 Sr points from me when I didn't even back out of the match or leave the match or none of that I don't never leave the match if it keeps doing this and that's why I have an hour suspension on me right now I never leave a match it needs fixed
