Warzone Refund

Hi there I’m having about of trouble today I tried too buy some cod points on my ps app on my phone today but I brought points for infinite warfare by mistake I was wondering if there was anyway I could get them too credit it too my war zone account or if anyone has had any kind of trouble like this idiot here in the past I’d be greatly thankful for some advice lol....thanks in advance

Have you checked to see if the points can be accessed through CoD 2019?

I was under the impression that points carry forward.

1. Are you sure it's Call of Duty Points? If so, no refund is required. As long as that currency is the main "Call of Duty Points," it's transferable from Infinte Warfare, all the way to Modern Warfare. Just don't spend it inside Infinite Warfare. It's probably in the account that you bought it. All you need to do is redeem it with your Activision Account (Make sure it's linked to the PSN account in question.)
2. Don't do a chargeback on Sony. They will ban the PSN account. If you want a refund, call Sony themselves (the phone number is on the PlayStation website, or the pamphlet that came with your console.) They will probably compromise with you on your mistake to allow you to buy something else, like the CoD Points for Modern Warfare/Warzone.
