Ok, so is this upgrade broken as well? It states, and you don't need to be at any specific rank to start unlocking this option, that to acquire a different Reticle (At least it's first to upgrade), you need to get 50 kills while aiming down the sights. Great, I have no issue there. But the function is LOCKED, and I can be aiming down sights 24/7 365 days a year, and it does nothing to unlock the upgrade. So, is it broken, or WTF is the deal?
