Warzone Sbmm platinum and diamond lobbies for my 0.45 k/d

Hi there,new to these forums, hope everyone is ok!
Question for the members, I am struggling on warzone and would not consider myself a terrible player. I have started checking what lobbies I am attracting and seems that I have no chance as I’m constantly getting diamond and platinum lobbies. Picture for info. It’s ridiculous, so much so that it puts me off playing the game I love.
many idea why this is the case and what I can do about it?
