Guys.

i was playing WAW lastnight...in one round on free for all i noticed something strange, the layout was diffrent to normal..i said to my girlfreind that something is wrong, i mean i was running at high speeds...i could easily kill people with one shot..now...there was obviously something wrong. so i left that map and went into another and the same thing happened but this time on the screen it said leaderboard being modded..it was hightlighted in blue...after the game my points are now 21 billion plus. guys what the hell went wrong?

its my fav game...i do not want to be called a cheat..i play fair and sqaure and for something like this to happen is going to blacken my name for no fault of my own. can i get my original score back or am i doomed through a mix up or a hack? i am realy pissed off now...a good game ruined.

Listen to me. You're not a cheater.

Its a very well known problem plaguing multiple COD games right now. It doesn't matter if it is COD4, MW2, or WAW.

Its called "hacked lobby." You joined a hacked, modded lobby, so that ruined your stats, and made you a 'one hit wonder.'

Its not your fault, its the host's.

i know im not a cheater but hell it does make ya feel bad. its such a good game and now i cant trust it anymore. i enjoy it most because it feels like you have to use your brains rather than run and gun and get lucky. when i play COD4 or MW2 im thinking can it happen there also. im just furious right now that some people can ruin the whole thing. all my game play and months of playing destroyed in a instant.

on MW2 im on my 8th prestige and hoping i dont get hacked or something. i played lastnight but switched off because of what happened in WAW. thanks again carlos for replying to me, i supose my 21 billion plus points will always be there? just hope Black ops wont be like that.

Hey, hey, easy, easy with the run n' gun comment! I'm a run n' gun guy, yeah, the rusher. Its not pure luck. Quickscoping/no-scoping, now THAT's luck.

But yeah, I know your frustration. I had to put up with glitching, lagswitching, lag, campers, boosters over the years, and seeing a rise of hacked lobbies, I lost some respect for COD's developers. They didn't care about the hacked lobby glitch when it started breaking out.
