Small fix for camping

Deathloops. Instead of timing out if you sit motionless for half the game how about if you are stationary for like 8 seconds you die. Period. Make people move.

As much as I hate the corner campers that might be the worst idea I've heard.

It wouldn't even change anything as all you would have to do is move slightly. It's not like most campers are actually completely stationary anyways.

They just need to add more ways to be stealthy, or atleast limit the footstep sounds. Right now it honestly sounds like a damn cavalry of horses is riding around the maps at times.

No, not just swivel, actually take steps. Makes you need to reset your camp spot constantly which may or may not happen at the most inopportune time.

"Camping" usually involves moving a few steps to and fro..

Example in Arklov Peak, one sniping spot has 2 windows and a side room window.. Same for Petrograd and the weiner shack...

Most of my tactically stationary spots :D have several zones of fire to cover...

Even ATLAS SUPERSTORE (my fav) in the sniper nests you move tactically to and fro...

But it does remind me of an interesting point that always running thru my head..

On the one hand, the human eye is drawn to movement.. So actually moving slightly makes you easier to spot.. On the other hand, if you stay motionless and someone DOES notice you, yer giving them a perfect head shot..

It's a dilemma... :D

*if* they notice you.

I'm guilty of camping myself. More recently when I'm in a match of...campers. that's if I actually make it to the end without bailing.

There are times when people run right by me in plain sight cause I'm not moving. They get one right between the shoulder blades.

I've checked alot of these spots I've found people camping in and most of them are just watching a lane. You can mount and swivel the entire lane easily when you need.

The idea of adding a z axis to the maps to increase gameplay, while good in theory, has done nothing but promote camping style gameplay. There needs to be risk to the reward.
