Warzone Sniper "glint/glare"

Hi guys.
Just a quick question but one which I'm finding conflicting information on...

Which scopes cause glint/glare? And which don't.

I have read that anything above a 3.5x causes glint, is that right?

Some say that all thermal scopes cause glint, others that the black/white thermals don't, which is it?

It should say on each scope if it has a glare of not.

@Tator110810 a few scopes do tell you they glint, but only the "sniper rifle" scopes - the thermal ones don't which contradicts what most seem to say is the case.
Just looking for confirmation from someone who knows their stuff.
