At first I thought it meant what @Carlos said, then I read what you said again and again, each time just seemed to fit less with mental focus. But yeah, even with an M.2 SSD the loading screens as you jump from zone to zone are so annoying. I have not been in any shops yet.
Remember, game is designed with Xbox Series S in mind.

Even if there was a PlayStation 5 version, these loading zones would have been in there.

Yes, I know that, the loading screens are due to the scope of the game, you'd probably need about 100GB RAM to hold the game in fully in memory, my PC has 16GB.

I have just installed the latest nVidia driver and tested the game, my frame rate went from between high 50s and low 60s to bouncing between 110-120 fps, and that's before the game has updated, which will probably happen if I launch it with the Xbox Launcher app on my PC rather than directly through Geforce Experience App.
