watch issues

I have now purchased 2 packs that come with watches but can not equip them. Other items in purchases work. I look under weapons but there is not a tab for watches. How can I equip my watch. My platform is Xbox one. Sorry if this has been asked before

Thanks for the response, I had already watched this. I purchased two watches so far, but they don't show up under weapons for me to equip them on my operator. Not sure how else to say this

Thanks again, keep getting error message when I access that link. Thanks anyway, I will try figure it out
