Weird Visual Artifacts

The following is a recording I took of my friend's stream. Weird colorful visual artifacts appear everywhere, but it appears to be on the shading or textures.

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 7700x

GPU: Nvidia RTX 3050

16gb ddr5 4800mt/s

  • Things we've tried,
  • Repairing and resetting the game in windows settings
  • Restarting shader pre-reloading
  • Deleting shadercache folder in COD's directory
  • Switching all settings to the lowest they can go or off
  • Turning off upscaling/sharpening
  • Turning off upscaling/sharpening in campaign then going back to zombies
  • Uninstalling all graphics drivers and folders using Display Driver Uninstaller, then updating to the latest graphics drivers
  • Clearing shader cache in Nvidia control panel
  • Trying a previous driver version
  • Closing Medal to enable exclusive fullscreen
Might be forgetting a few. Has anyone else had this kind of artifacting, and moreover has anyone found a solution?

Have you got the option to try a different video card? It could be as simple as the 3050 is dying. Another thing would be to check the video card and see if maybe it has started to slip out of the pcie slot.

Oh, forgot to ask is a hdmi cable or display port being used? Maybe try a different cable. What monitor? Is it ok in other programs or games?
