Can average 125 FPS with particle and shadow set to low and everything else at normal settings

I'm just running an MSI GP72 7RDX.
Nvidia GTX 1050 2GB
12GB of RAM
Close to medium graphics settings to get 30+fps

Also an Intel i7-7700HQ @ 2.80GHz

Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra, i9-9900k @ 5Ghz overclock, cooled by Noctua NH-D15, 970 Evo Plus 500gb M.2, 980 Pro 1tb M.2, RTX 3090 Suprim X, Corsair RM850 PSU, all housed in my trusty old Corsair Carbide 300R case with Noctua fans throughout. I'm still getting steady 120fps with all graphics settings on high and no DLSS.

New build since April this year. MSI X670E Carbon, 7800X3D, EK Nucleus CR 360mm AIO, 2tb 990 Pro M.2, 1tb 980 Pro M.2, RTX 3090 Suprim X, Seasonic Vertex GX 1200W, NZXT H7 Flow case, all Noctua black case fans. I've also upgraded to Community fibre 1gb broadband and its definitely an upgrade on Virginmedia

And after having all that im still lagging in this freaking normal game like BeamNG. Can someone suggest what could be the reason for that in the above mentioned PC Build?
