Youtube Videos Blurry...

Whenever I play a YouTube video thru COD Forums, the video is really blurry for like about 15-20 seconds then it snaps into perfect clarity...

It only seems to happen here.. Is that a setting on my machine?? Does anyone else see that happening??

sometimes it wants to play inlike 420p you just click that and hopefully have an option for 1080p or 1440p

and sometimes it does that if its newly posted and still processing hd

Its nothing on our end. Its YouTube. Their buffering sucks.

That did it.. I set the SETTINGS to 1080P and now it defaults to that on all videos..
