Need help can’t play campaign or multiplayer keep saying fetching online profile but can play war zone no problem

Was this ever fixed? Here it is in August of 2023 and Im having the same kind of problem....I can play multi-player no problem but when I try to play DMZ...my game gets caught in a loop flashing "fetching online profiles".
