Yes.. I have tried lowering every graphic settings. I normally have the lowest possible settings, which its safe to say is shitt haha. But the thing is.. I dont even have an insanely crappy computer. (It's kinda old, but it should still run it better than 25fps 50% of the time..)
Specs:
32GB ram
Geforce GTX 1060 3GB
i5 6600k
Z170-A PRO
750W

The thing is that i still have shitty fps even though i've overclocked my cpu AND Graphics card. I've tried with and without overclocking. I have tried simulation and normal priotity. I've activated UAC. Nothing is working..

Any help?

Thanks in advance!

Check your in-game V-Sync hasn't been turned on and set to 25fps, so easy to miss and so hard to spot unless you know what you're looking for. If that is the problem, then nothing else you do will make it better until you turn it off again

The next thing to look at is your graphics card, the recommended specs for a graphics card is 4GB, your 1060 which was a great GPU when it launched has the power but not enough graphics ram. I would look at getting a 1660, 1660ti if you want to control your costs, if you can spend a bit more then look at an RTX 2060.

before upgrade i had a amd fx 8350 and evga 1060 3gb and was getting 60 to 70 fps so i cant imagine what the problem is but definatly check the v-sync.

Thanks, that's useful to know, his 1060 is above the minimum but below the recommended requirements, so it's good to know what the middle ground performs like.

I have a GTX 980 4GB and routinely get 60-70. Hitting recommended specs should be his main goal, or something like the 1660ti you mentioned. 3GB just isn't enough.

That seems low, I'm getting over 100 FPS and often peak over 120 FPS and I'm also running at GTX 980.

Could be different graphics detail settings maybe. I have some turned up so the game doesn't look like crap.
