Good day lads! While in-game I'm having a frame rate playing around 80-120 fps at 1080p Low-Medium. The problem is, I'm having a sudden fps drops/lags/shuttering for no reason and when there's many buildings, while scoping, firing bullets, and getting hit.

Can anyone share their settings for me to be able to play the game? Thanks!

My computer specifications,
i5 - 9400 @ 2.90 GHz up to 4.10 GHz
GeForce GTX 1650 4GB
8GB RAM @ 2400 MHz
Gigabyte H310M H 2.0 Motherboard
1TB WD Hard Drive
Windows 10 Pro (Latest)
Monitor: 1440x900 @ 60 Hz

are you useing the Nvidia geforce settings? i would go there and hit the game (not play) then it will open it to where Geforce sets it up for you. The wrench you see next to optimize will let you set if you want it to set it up for performance or quality with the slider, I recommend leaving it in the middle. hit optimze, then go play game, also having Vsynch on really helps smoothness. which geforce should have it on .

You mean the GeForce Experience? Thank you for that. Now I know where I can optimize my settings specifically.

But the question is,if I set my settings using the wench in GeForce Experience. What will happen in my settings in NVIDIA Control Panel? My NVIDIA Control Panel is set to Max Performance, Please see attach file.

[/QGo to your taskbar, you see the Nvidia settings there , right click it, you should see Nvidia gefroce experiance . Open that up. then you will see COD game up top in the HOMe tab u top. Ok now just click the Game, Not where is says play or details. just the background then it will open up on another screen, youll see half way down on the right OPTIMIZE, click that, then top right you will see play. click that it will open blizzard if it is not open already, then youll click play from blizzard, you will be running the settings what Geforce experience put it as, this should help you, If not let me know.

Hi, its your hard drive, HDDs are not fast enough to read information. You have 2 options, buy an SSD or get 8gb more of ram(ram is faster at reading information so if your pc can store more information in ram then it does not have to read it from the HDD)
I have the same problem as you. And there is no other way. I also have a laptop that has worse components than my desktop pc but it has an ssd and the game runs at lower fps but there are no framedrops(i use the same video settings in both).

Maybe if you do not want to spend that money you can try Windows readyboost. I did not check if it actually works, but some people said that it helped to reduce framedrops.
You only need a pendrive.
