Warzone Console Vs PC Debate Part 2... Or Is It Part 3??

OK, finally was able to get an XBOX ONE X hooked up to my 75" 4K Vizio...

WOW!!!

The graphics simply blew me away.... I was floored...

Game play was OK... Had some glitches and micro-freezes, but I think that can be attributed to shitty latency...

Game mechanics were pretty good.. Vehicle driving and drone usage was smooth.. Much smoother than on a PC.. Was really nice..

Played 2 matches before I had to leave for work.. 1st one turned into a brawl at my prison.. Got pwned a couple times by a pussy 3-man team.. Apparently, 3 players who CAN'T handle 1 v 1... I downed all three of them in a chopper and then ran to collect my booty... By the time I got there, they were all resurrected and I got bitch slapped silly... It was running and gunning after that...

The second match was just me and my prison... Got 7th place... So, that's comparable to PC..

So, to sum up...

Graphics totally put the PC to shame.. OTOH with a higher end Video Card and a 4K Monitor, I am sure the PC would fare as well... But the whole idea is that getting an XBOX ONE is cheater than a new video card.. By FAR...

Jury is still out on the question, Can I be a better player with an XBOC than with a PC...

There is never going to be a clear winner that we all agree to when it comes to PC vs XBoX vs Playstation. For me, the winner is whichever platform best suits the individual player, which in my case is PC.

The new generation of consoles are so much better than previous generations, through hardware and software optimization they have developed ways to push past limitations from previous generation consoles and are built more like PCs than older consoles were, with this in mind it is hardly surprising that you found the experience to be so good and enjoyable.

I am not ready to make the switch back to console, in the past I have only found driving games to be playable on console and I still struggle to control moving and aim on thumb sticks, but that is a user limitation and not a device issue.

If you do end up making the switch, just keep in mind that I will take you off my Christmas card list.

I can't ever see myself switching, but I have to admit that the line is becoming blurred as far as gaming goes..

The only games I played on XBOX was Madden..

Maybe one of the console players can help me..

I would like to have my KB layout exactly as it is on my PC... On PC, my left SHIFT key is RUN FASTER and, when armed with a variable sight, ZOOM IN/ZOOM OUT...

But on the console it seems that I can have my SHIFT key do EITHER run faster OR zoom in/zoom out.. Not both...

Is this the way it is or am I just not setting something right??
