evga rtx 3070 ti ftw ultra

I thought about it I've heard bad things can happen with them rising cables and the RGB lighting is more on the side of it so I have to wait and see how it looks when I get it in my hands and I don't know just a graphics card come with a vertical mount bracket

It's already been shipped too

I compared it with mine on YouTube might be 15 20 FPS depending on game I just wanted the newer technology and the assurance from a warranty which I'm going to pay an extra $20 when I register it for the 5-year warranty

Getting the added warranty is a good idea, you never know how it was used or abused before you got it.

Your case already has vertical slots at the back for vertical mounts, a good, name brand riser cable and mount are inexpensive additions if you opt for PCI-E 3.0 cables, but a decent brand of PCI-E 4.0 cables will be around $100.

The main issue you might experience is with temps, I've countered my higher temps by increasing fan speeds, it still makes less noise than my 2070S did. But I needed it on my GPU as there was no easy way to see the lighting with it.

if you look at that video of the smooth operator it looks to me like the vertical slots would place the graphics card really close to the glass side and we are talking about a bigger card also. we will just have to see and what would the benifit be just looks.

what do you think about this, i like it but asus does not have 4.0 yet.

not sure if i like vertical mounting ill know better when i have card in hand and see how big it is.

I think it makes less sense for your build than it did for my rig, I would have picked the Gigabyte card if it was available for me, that card has lighting on the side as well as a screen that reports temps etc...
