I am wondering if I use a weapon blueprint instead of the base weapon will it still count to the weapon mastery camo challenges? I am thinking yes, but I would like to know. I appreciate the feedback!

Yes. Blueprints use the underlying weapon.

Let's say you got MP5 Blueprint, its gonna be a derivative of the original MP5. Same goes for Black Market parts. Don't worry about the mechanics' name, worry about WHAT is being used underneath.
