How to self report my offensive username

Hello I made a stupid mistake and made my name really offensive on my activision account and now I'm unable to change it, I've tried reaching out to activision support but they're no help. I'm just worried about being permabanned for a joke that was funny for about 2 minutes

Send me a PM with the offensive name (Dont worry I wont share it in public) and I will give you my opinion of the level of offensiveness. Are you using that name ingame or just on your Act account? I am not sure if Activision will even give a shit but if you have it set ingame as well then you might be toast. Ingame is easy to change.

It's alright I know it's pretty offensive pal honestly. I'm surprised I even got it by the filter

It's on my activision account, I'd rather have my gamertag on there which is normal

My xbox gamertag is something safe. My activision name which is being displayed is really offensive. I'd rather be running around as my xbox name that my activision one

You can change names and stuff in there and who knows it might even force a reset of your activision name. Good Luck at any rate. You can change it every 6 months at activision so hopefully if worse comes to worse they will not act on your current one.

I know i don't have any tokens left which is problem, I've reported my name to support and reached out to BBB too but they must not want to help me

Oh, go to settings and get to those options and then click on that orange colored Activision Account and it will take you to where you can change your game name.

If Activision hasnt replied yet and you have no tokens left then you may be left with only the option to wait and see what happens. Honestly, I would be surprised if they do anything beyond giving you shit and forcing you into a name change. As long as you arent using it ingame then I cant imagine that they will even notice or care. They have bigger problems dealing with hackers and other bad actors out there.

Let us know if anything happens. I would be interested to see how this plays out.

Like I said it'll be May at the earliest when I can change it. I've submitted a report to support days ago and nothing. I submitted a report to BBB and they don't want to help me. I'm in limbo. I don't want to be permabanned over a name, I've invested so much time and money into this account

Just have on twitter I guess now we play the waiting game, hopefully I get some normal person who sees the funny side instead of some janny who is ban happy. It'll be a first offence too so I'm hoping for some leniency
